Apple TV offers a decent collection of Cantonese shows and movies. All of Apple TV’s Cantonese content is kid-friendly, and is largely composed of the Peanuts Snoopy franchise, the Fraggle Rock franchise, and some animated films. Each video with Cantonese audio also comes with “Cantonese” subtitles.

Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock (TV), Helpsters Help You (TV), The First Snow of Fraggle Rock (Movie)

Note: Apple TV+ also offers videos with “Cantonese” subtitles but no Cantonese audio, such as: Wolfwalkers, Central Park, Fly Me to the Moon, The Year Earth Changed, etc.
Apple TV’s “Cantonese” Subtitles
Apple's Cantonese Subtitles use Mixed Subtitles (as in Mandarin Words / Standard Written Chinese / 書面語). These are not proper Cantonese (粵文) Subtitles. However, this is still more reliable than Disney+ which only offers Cantonese subtitles on some Cantonese content, or Netflix which often never provides Cantonese Chinese subtitles.
If you are looking for videos with truely Cantonese (粵文) subtitles (aka dubtitles / captions), Youtube is the best bet.

Overall
Apple TV makes a great companion to Disney+ for Cantonese learners. While its "Cantonese" subtitles aren't truly Cantonese (粵文), they're still a useful learning aid — especially for kids and beginners.
